Sorry you felt the stand wasn't right - none of the other exhibitors seemed to have this problem so we're sorry about this unfortunate slip-up. We would be the first to put our hands up and admit, we are not an events management company. We are a multidisciplinary web company which is actively involved in the web community, and which is passionate about technology - which we try to share with the larger industry at events we throw. It's this expertise and engagement that enables us to attract all these fantastic speakers, attendees, press and sponsors to the events - so I'm sorry if you felt we didn't meet your expectations, but we learn more and more each time about putting on events and next time we'll be better! What we can say is the quality, influence and impact of each of our events is amongst the best you'll find in the web industry.
